Great communication, easy to book, showed up on time and reasonably priced services. Very friendly and explained everything in layman’s terms, while answering my copious amount of questions. Highly recommend these guys, especially if you don’t have all day to sit around waiting for your car at a mechanics shop. So convenient!

Do not recommend! Have a look at the last review on exact auto electrics (which you recommended) This is an absolute joke. Having a laugh at others expense. When you BOTH could not diagnose the problem… and you started the problem by not doing your job properly in the first place. I nearly seen my partner and daughter die in front of me as they were driving a car that you ALL said was safe to drive. So wrong!!!

Simo is a very efficient and honest mechanic that I have used multiple times now. Would definitely recommend him to any family or friends.

Simo provides a very professional service. Quick responses to book an appointment and friendly customer interaction. The costs were clear upfront and he provided a detailed update on what happened to the car and what needs to be done next time. Would happily recommend his services to friends and family.

Wilson changed leaking oil cooler - months later Simo came back for regular service of vehicle - he noticed oil under cap - admitted they never flushed cooling system, so did a flush. Car did not go after this and coolant was bubbling. Told me it was the thermostat not opening and put me onto his auto electrician who told me it was the whole ecu and to take it to Holden. (Apparently safe to drive with thermo fans running constantly to stop coolant bubbling). NO! on way to Holden split radiator and blew coil pack, went into limp mode on highway with my daughter in the car and a semi-trailer almost taking our lives!!!! Almost 2k later through Holden, they diagnosed radiator was blocked. Called Simo to update him on the vehicle. He brushed it off and even asked to see the old radiator????!!! Or why I didn’t call him for a cheaper option. Mate I have texts from you... quote... ‘this thing needs to go to Holden’. Extremely disappointed Simo. Have honestly never had an issue with your work over the years. But this is not right.
