The first time I came to see Troy I only had a vague idea about what I wanted for my engagement ring and I didn't know all that much about diamonds. Troy was friendly, patient and helpful- he answered all my questions, never made me feel silly for asking and never did the hard sell. Because he is a jeweler and not just a sales person he is able to help with designing the piece so that its secure as well as unique. My engagement ring is spectacular, I am always getting comments!We came back to Troy again for our wedding bands. Troy was very accommodating with all our requests. He was able to melt and reshape a family heirloom for my fiance's wedding band and we were so impressed with the results.I would definitely recommend Troy Clancy to others. Not only is he professional and easy to work with, you will end up with a masterpiece to wear!

3 months ago, I came across Troy's web page whilst looking for a men's wedding ring. I fell in love with one of his designs and thought to contact him via email. I was so glad that I did! Troy replied promptly and professionally despite the fact he was probably busy with many other projects. He was very helpful and friendly but it was a little difficult to fully convey what I was looking for by just email. A month later, opportunity arose and I made a trip all the way to his shop in Sydney from Central Queensland and Troy was very accommodating with his time for me (I only gave him 2 days noticed!) and we sat down and discussed every detail of the ring.Troy was very patient, and very knowledgeable and I highly recommend anyone, whether you know nothing about jewellery or you have some idea, to go and talk to him. One sitting with him and I was confident in what I want and what he was able to produce within my budget. I also really enjoyed the fact he doesn't choose" his customers (at least not to me!) whether it is a simple ring or one that might cost a house deposit

Troy did an amazing job of my engagement ring! I wanted something classic and timeless, but a design that would do justice to the beautiful rock going in to it! After a lot of guidance and trust in Troy, he designed and made the most perfect ring I could ever hope for!! I would absolutely recommend Troy to anyone looking for something special and unique. My husband and I asked Troy to redesign my engagement and wedding rings, after the beautiful work he produced creating my 10 year anniversary ring a few years ago. Once again, Troy did an amazing job creating something better than what I had imagined! Troy is a true craftsman and a fantastic guy. He is incredibly knowledgable and passionate about what he does. Troy Clancy made the ring exactly how my wife envisioned it and provided outstanding customer service. He gave us a tour of his workshop and patiently explained the different technologies he applies to create all his jewellery from scratch (he made a video showing step by step making the ring). He listened to what she wanted her 50th anniversary eternity ring to look and feel like and suggested a number of option resulting in a beautiful ring that she cherishes so dearly. We even left my wife's diamonds rings, pearl necklace at his workshop because Troy kindly offered to repair and reset the diamonds free of charge. Our friends and family both in Italy and in England absolutely adore and love the ring.Thank you again Troy for your patience, honesty and above all for being such a down to earth person.You are the best!Derek
