Went here Friday evening at 530/6pm where my elderly mother and I were served by a very rude and impatient lady - she was rushing us to make a decision and didn't offer any help when asking for recommendations for my young child. Exceptionally rude and very terse with my mother - she ought not be working in a customer focused role when it clearly showed how much she detested serving customers.I had also asked her directly for a small bowl for my small child and she walked away.If it wasn't for her colleague (he kept profusely apologising for his colleague's behaviour), we would have left.Recommend to not go until management address lack of customer service and the rudeness of certain staff.

Love love love the customer service, ask for a staff name and it is mongkul, very friendly and suggested delicious food. I ask for a recommendation and it is the lemongrass beef noodle salad. Obviously will visit the store again and thanks for the red pocket!!

I have bought cold rolls from here many times, but the last few times I have noticed that the servings are increasingly stingy. I was given a prawn and pork cold roll today with 1.5 prawns and a tiny amount of pork. Pretty disappointed given that they are not cheap. Won't be going back to the Belconnen store.

The young girls today at 6:50 pm were very rude and they seemed to be very badly trained for customer service as they have no manners how to talk and deal with a customer. While taking the order, she was very rude in explaining and was staring at us when later also when I asked for a hot sauce which they forgot to give in one of the meals, she abruptly said it will be 50 cents and I can’t give it now because it’s closed.So if they forgot to give the sauce in the meal, I have to eat dry rice because she can’t just pick it from the counter and give it. Horrible experience! I was a regular customer and gave them 5-stars earlier but I will never ever visit or recommend going here to such arrogant people. All the posted pictures are old.

The worst roll ever. Ordered the pork belly and crackling with the lot. 1 x thumbnail size crackling. Asked if they were joking to which I was told the crackling was under the veggies. Apart from the most measly amount of veggies, no crackling, no pate, no chilli, dry bun. They tried to convince me it was standard and I'd have to pay for more crackling. Never going back.
