I just wanted to say a big thank you to Greg.I was enquiring on a piece of land which I wanted sold as a package with an Allam homes as they do in Sydney on the contract of sale. It was not Greg’s job to really help me further than a land sale however he went above and beyond to get information about house and land packages which Allam don’t do in Victoria yet however will do in the future I assume.You don’t get people like Greg anymore who do more than what’s expected and he always regularly checked in just to let me know he hasn’t forgotten about me and that he was just waiting on information.Although I wasn’t able to purchase land at this time from Greg I would in the future!!

I can highly recommend the Alkyra Estate, the service I found was very helpful from the Consultant Greg I would highly recommend the Estate to anyone looking to build in Beveridge

We purchased land from Alkyra and could not be happier. As we had never bought land before we were quite nervous and apprehensive about the processes involved. We didn't need to be - Rochelle waswonderful and couldn't be more helpful. She held our hand through every step which was most reassuring. In fact it was quite easy. We have been kept up to date with the estates progress making us very excited. We have already recommended Alkyra to others.
