I was super impressed with Adrian's prompt response and friendly manner.He was informative and helpful about my questions regarding German Cockroaches (euch). In just a few weeks we were 'almost' inundated - and that was AFTER a previous pest controller treater our house.Being a female home alone, he came in (after removing his boots) and was courteous and respectful. Just purchased new house (lowset brick) and found had a large exterior cockroach infestation. (Had seen a few and that was enough, but turns out if you see a few you have hundreds, if not thousands...Adrian gave a more than reasonable quote and really took the time to explain the problem and fixed it. One day of something out of a horror movie, and then there was none. This being terrified of cockroaches was the best money I ever spent in my life!!!!!! Can now go outside at night with total piece of mind. 100/10 :-) I will get this done every year the the rest of my life guaranteed!Missed opportunity though, for one day this house could have been used to film a zombie movie as the background!!!!
