Laura and An are an amazing team that has immensely helped me with my injuries over many years. I had severe sporting injuries - spinal disc herniation and a torn triceps tendon – which led me to have mobility issues and require pain medications to manage even months after the injury. I had seen other health care professionals who recommended to continue resting and tried homeopathic remedies with no success.They actively treated my injuries with controlled exercises to restrengthen problematic areas rather than asking me to continue resting and take meds. Within a few sessions, I noticed my pain decreasing and regaining my strength. They gave me tailored exercise programs to follow and further educated me on exercise forms/technique. After I returned to my old physical capabilities, they continued to change my exercise program to help prevent further injuries as I returned to sports.They are both passionate, approachable, and kind people with a great understanding of injuries and muscle biomechanics. I was always able to continually ask questions and they would explain everything in depth. I am stronger than my pre-injury self, happily playing sports and have been pain free for years thanks to them!!I continue to go back to Chronic Gains for advice and further physical rehab for any new injuries, small or big. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!

Laura is always motivating and enthusiastic during our sessions and makes sure to push me more each week. Because of her, I have gotten stronger and I have corrected my form when it comes to many exercises, particularly when it comes to my over-activated traps and my weak wrists. I've noticed an increase in my functional strength at work, which involves a lot of heavy lifting. You can really tell she is passionate about what she does, and I cannot recommend her enough!

I highly recommend the Exercise Physiology service at Chronic Gains! The team is highly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about helping me through my injury rehabilitation.I had suffered a shoulder injury from being over zealous at bootcamp. Despite multiple sessions with different physios over several years, the injury still lingered. I was in constant pain and was prohibited from enjoying sports and exercise. I had also started to experience aches and discomfort while at my desk working on the computer.Turning to exercise physiology with Chronic Gains, I found the results to be miraculous. After a few sessions my shoulder quickly become more stable and stronger. I’m now super pleased to say the pain has finally gone, my shoulder has healed, and I can return to an active lifestyle!I could not thank the team at Chronic Gains enough for their expertise, for truly caring, and for helping me fully recover from my injury and years of pain.I would gladly recommend the exercise physiologists at Chronic Gains, I only wished I had turned to them earlier.Thank you An and Laura!

Laura assisted me with a few problem areas left over from the military doing its best to break me. The work I have done with Laura has markedly improved my strength and well being in many areas from my core to my wobbly ankles. Laura is extremely knowledgeable and has given me advise on the best and correct ways to continue with my exercise regime moving forward. I would highly recommend Laura based on as mentioned her knowledge and experience alone and her good humour and patience.

Laura is a passionate, friendly and professional physio. I really enjoyed my consultation with her - she listened to me and made me feel comfortable throughout my time with her. Laura also explained why I was feeling pain in my left shoulder which I thought was really helpful as I was also able to understand why I was feeling pain in some movements and not in others.The prescribed rehab exercises have been really helpful and I've noticed improvements in my powerlifting and significantly less pain in everyday life.I would definitely go back for another consultation if required and highly recommend Chronic Gains to anyone that is experiencing any pain/discomfort in their everyday life or sports.

Chronic Gains Exercise Physiology
Chronic Gains is amazing and a life changer. For context I have severe Juvenile arthritis in my foot since I was 16 and after 1 surgery the pain lessened but I could have never get back into any sport without my Juvenile arthritis causing a lot of pain or discomfort. It was only after someone recommend Chronic Gains did I actually see some improvements. The rehab was fun and enjoyable and the exercise physios made my condition so much better. After 6 months I can confidently say Chronic Gains is an amazing team and if you have some issues, give this company a go.
