I was pretty happy with waxing results a couple of times so far from here.Today I wanted to get a chemical peeling done today. One of staff said that I have to get their products first to reach the best results also considering my skin condition then anyway I couldn’t get it done by today.I understand if my skin should be settled down but why didn’t you tell me at the beginning all procedures when I booked? You sent me so many links to answer, there wasn’t anything mentioning about products before I get the chemical peeling. Such a waste time.

as a young male getting waxed can be an intimidating experience no matter how many times you've have it done but from my first appointment with Vanessa is was made comfortable and received the best treatment and after care. I've been getting waxed for about 5 years at different places all over Sydney and this is hands down the best place! great service, reasonable price and so easy. thanks Vanessa!

Girl was 15 minutes late, no one else in store. Next booking was due to start when i went in for mine.Requested light brown brow tint and shaping. I have naturally fair, thin brows. Natural pale skin, with red hair.Got a rough and quick wax with uneven lines, and thick dark brows that don't even suit the face shape. The brows are twice the size of when I started.I'm sitting at home crying now with giant caterpillars on my face.Thick brows don't suit everyone! You're supposed to work with your clients face style, not with what's trendy.Will never ever come back here.

I've been coming to Le Laque for many years for my eyebrows, waxing, facial, needling and laser. Since I moved to the North I can't find the same service :(Today after 6 months I booked my eyebrows threading with Connie. She was really professional and friendly she did my eyebrows exactly how I wanted it. Definitely worth my 2hrs trip and will definitely comeback. Thank you so much Connie. See you next time x

After having my eyelashes done, some fell of the same day and continued to fall down in the next few days. I havent had this experience with previous eyelash artists so believe that the quality of the glue (or something else?) could be at play. Nevertheless, a disappointing experience after I've payed $90 for the service.

I’ve been here several times now to have my eyebrows threaded and shaped, and the service here is fantastic and accomodating! They seem to be very skilled and passionate about their roles which is great, and the entire process isn’t super boring too as it’s often filled with conversation. It was lovely to get to know the person behind the works!

Sooo cute! Dora was very nice, the whole process was smooth,and the nail oil looks good quality. The reason of not giving 5 star is I asked if they offer free remove i go back and do something else next time, she didn’t answer it. Also I paid $45 but didn’t see Shellac is $45 on the website, can you please explain?
