I’m a veteran with numerous medical problems from my service. I needed a new mattress & just dropped in out of interest, the service by Kelly (Store Manager) was next level, expert advice, I tried multiple beds both good & bad for my needs, Kelly explained everything to me in detailI ended up purchasing a new Queen size mattress, which seems perfect for my needs.Good old fashioned service, no rush, excellent advice on products.Organised everything from purchase, delivery & taking away old mattress.Thank you Kelly, much appreciated & highly recommended

We had previously purchased a memory foam mattress at Forty Winks and we could not have been more pleased. So we decided to give them a go in our search for bedside tables. We started by looking at the website where we found something we were interested in but almost balked at the price. However, we decided to go into the shop to examine the quality of the item. When we arrived, we were a little disappointed that there wasn't much of a selection in what we were interested in. However, the item we saw online was on display and, in the end, satisfied our requirements. Prices were on the high side of reasonable. Good selection of mattresses. Plenty of parking.

Kind service and very helpful. Not much room at back of the store to turn around so be sure you can reverse a trailer if you take one like I did.

I was served by Mitchum, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional in his approach to customer service. He helped me plenty from when I walked into the door until I walked out giving me heaps of advice and information about what mattress would suit me and my partner best and how to keep it in great condition. Extremely amazing experience, if you need a new mattress go talk to mitchum! He give you the best sleep ever!!!

My journey for a new mattress started when our feline friend used another of its lives over night, making our decision to upgrade our 10 year old mattress a little more immediate.I was fortunate enough to find 40 Winks Rockingham open on the Sunday morning. I walked in the store and was greeted by Kelly who was pleasantly bubbly for someone working a Sunday morning. Kelly was fantastic and showed me a number of mattresses, encouraging me to try each out for comfort and also explaining how each is constructed. After explaining the situation we were in, Kelly made sure I was aware of which mattresses were available to take home straight away, which was also greatly appreciated as there are so many types available these days and this made the decision making much easier.The added bonus on top of the 50% off Sealy deal was the Veterans discount.I cannot recommend Kelly and the Forty Winks store enough, it was a pleasant, informative and productive visit. Kelly and the other lady (apologies I didn’t get her name) even brought the mattress out to the car for me and assisted with the lift on to the roof rack.Don’t go past these guys if you are looking for a bed.

Trish sold us a mattress topper on 18/7. Thank you so much. Helped us to get what was best for us. Didn’t try and sell us the most expensive but sold us what she said was best for us. Was cheaper too. And it is great. Thank you again.
