The franchise owner is very rude and unhelpful, he is a bitter man. He does not know how to treat customers well. He disliked it that I had the brumby's card and could get a loaf of bread worth $4 .00 for free, he denied it because it was 40 cents more. I offered to pay this, anyway. I was also buying another item and when I gave him the right amount of money, including the 40 cents, extra for the bread, he lost it. People like this should not work in any job, where they are dealing with people.

The bread was fine but, despite what Google is saying, they haven't been open for months and were rarely open before that. Very odd

The great little local bakery. If you want a fresh bread at 6am, that's your place. The first bakery to open around here

We purchased a Boston Bun from this bakery and it was stale. Not only was that bad enough, but we took it to a friend’s place for afternoon tea, so it was embarrassing for us too. We are prepared to make an extra stop and pay a little bit more to buy bread from a stand-alone bakery, because we expect the produce to be freshly baked. Very disappointing. Never had a problem before, but suspect the business has recently changed owners and we will not be returning. Going forward will get our bread from the independent bakery on the corner of Olsen Avenue and Central Street or Baker’s Delight at Runaway Bay Shopping Centre.

The ‘Customer Service’ is deplorable. Absolutely disgusting. The staff are so rude and treat you as an inconvenience. They were sitting on the floor behind the counter playing on their phones ignoring customers. Don’t waste your time. Go to the bakery across the road.

Delicious fresh bread :) Staff are very friendly, lots of locals have become regulars here. Always very well presented, neat, tidy and clean. Great weekly specials and a wide variety of product to choose from.

Since the Covid Crisis I have been staying local when ever possible which means going to Brumby's Chirn Park again. CONSTANTLY out of stock of the things I want. Bread is generally stale half a day after buying it if not already stale off of the shelf. Brumbies signature Bruffin is never available and when I have asked I was told We had them yesterday" - thats despite the fact that I tried to buy them yesterday and was told "We will have them tomorrow". The scrolls and Danish have some much extra salt added that they have been inedible for the past 2 weeks. Just avoid the place if you have any option at all"
