For excellent customer service I would recommend coming to this pharmacy. The staff are friendly and so helpful.I went there to get my flu vaccination. The pharmacy has an awesome notification system to inform you of the process leading up to the vaccination as well as phone reminders.I had a skilled pharmacist injecting me - didn’t hurt. It’s all in the technique.

I'd like to thank Susan for her care and professionalism. I came in to find a strap for my daughter's ankle. She not only helped us find an appropriate strap, but showed us the correct way and even emailed a video for future reference. That was my first visit to the Carmen drive pharmacy and I foresee being a regular! Really pleased to be supporting a quality, local establishment.

Came here to have my booster Pfizer vaccination. The whole process has been very smooth and the pharmacy staff has been very courteous and understanding. Patiently answered all my queries and felt very comfortable with the entire process. Interesting to find out that they do pre-travel (international or domestic) consultation and provide advice on what we need to prepare healthcare wise before any travel. This is an awesome service and very much needed under current COVID environment!!Well done Carmen Drive Community Pharmacy!! Keep up your good work!!!

I LOVE THIS PHARMACY! They are the only place in all of Sydney to offer the recycling of tablet/medicine blister packaging. They have to pay for that box so I am very grateful they have done this. The staff were kind and attentive when I visited and processing my script was quick.
