I will definitely be using this company when I build my dream home..I just used them to instal a shower and mirror and I have called afew times as I had some issues and all the staff from the receptionst to the installer Thankyou guys.

Superb and helpful service.Renovation is one of the best scenario in life to experience the depths of human emotions, from despair at sheer difficulty in getting someone to actually do what they have committed to, all the way to being pleased with the process and final result.Designer Bathware has been fantastic from the initial contact and browse of options and supplies through purchase, ordering and update of delivery.They have been ready to offer advice and assistance and they have provided exactly what we asked for, despite needing to break up the order into several deliveries to account for the utterly despicable tradies who have failed to stick to any commitment that passed their lying lips.During tiling on a Saturday we found out we missed out ordering one floor drain and after one pleasant phonecall Designer Bathware Melbourne had one on its way on order by Tuesday.It is already written that my next few bathroom renovations will be purchased through this supplier, once we have saved up cash sufficient to put even more offspring of tradies through private school and university.I can’t recommend them enough.Five stars.

Great company to deal with. Only company that sent out a sales rep Justin straight away. Very good value for money. Their shower screen installer was also a great chap, very neat, and cleaned up after himself. Very pleased with our shower screen installation.

I've tried ring all the Adelaide Bunnings stores to see if a curved shower enclosure was available on display for viewing. No, there are no displays. I was told by a Bunnings team member to ring the company direct and when I did I spoke to a rude person on the phone who told me they do not deal with customers direct because they are a wholesaler so I told the woman I wanted to make a complaint because I want to see the expensive enclosure before I decide to buy and she rudely continued to tell me they do not deal with customers directly. This is VERY BAD business. I'm now going to look for another designer curved shower screen from someone else who values their customers feedback. Very VERY disappointed with this experience.

Shower screen replacment. Quoting process was very quick, installation was easy to set up. End product looks good.Even when there was a misunderstanding on my part the business made the time to ensure that I was satisfied with the product. When I am ready to do our second shower and upstairs extension I would be confident to use them again.

Purchased a shower screen last year but was NOT happy as it leaked, and when I contacted them about it they were very rude, installer come back and drilled holes in the bottom channel to no avail, also the screen is not even parallel, thought we would try them again for our bathroom shower but was turned off as the sales person continuously said the F word in front of my wife and found it so dis respectful. Will never deal with this company again Very disappointed.
