I have been using disability employment services for 4 years now on a voluntary basis. Having been with 2 others, I was close to giving up. I couldn't understand what the point to my attending the services every fortnight was, as I was told to sign a paper and given a date to come back. Meanwhile, I was applying , unsuccessfully for hundreds of jobs. I was trying to find ways to upgrade my skills on a low income. Being told I'm doing a great job and something will come up soon"
