Been a member for about 3 months, and it is brilliant.The trainers, facilities, other members, and variation in exercises all make it easy to get up and train. The time frame (only 25 minutes) means it is easy to fit into my day, and I am slowly and surely getting to my goals.No 'fads', no quick fixes; just the support, encouragement, and knowledge to help you achieve your own goals... whether that is weight loss, fitness, flexibility... or upping your game for martial arts training!

Can not recommend Co Fit enough! Each lesson is hand crafted and different each and every day. Love the dedication and commitment of all the coaches, who make it a joy to attend classes even at 5am!

Have been training here for nearly 2 years now, it is a great gym. Feels like a family too. Never have I lasted this long at a gym. The classes are always mixed up you never do the same thing twice.I love coming each day!!!!

What a crew!!! Seriously the best gym I have been a member of. For someone that is a bit shy when out of their comfort zone the team at co fit have always made me feel welcome, are so supportive and great motivators when I’m a session ✌️

I left my large chain gym after feeling just like another number and very unmotivated. I'd be lieing if i said i loved exercise but after joining HITzone i no longer dread exercising and have got into a really good daily routine. The 25 minute classes fly by and are different every single day. They have a great selection of class times and also child friendly which was one of the reasons i joined. The PT's are friendly and motivating. 5 stars!

On the 1st of January 22, I decided it was time to find myself a local gym that provided small classes and was family friendly so that I could commit to exercising and be able to take my kids with me if needed. I found Co.Fit Studio on Facebook, sent an enquiry and signed up straight after my first class. I have been absolutely hooked since! No mirrors or intimidating people/equipment. The friendliest and most dedicated coaches. Great vibes and sense of community! They’ve helped me to lose some weight but more importantly, I have gained muscle, confidence, health, energy for my kids and a great bunch of new friends! Check them out, you will love it!

CoFit is the only gym I have maintained consistently! For over 6 months I have been attending 5+ days a week. The coaches make everyday exciting and take away the stress of planning what to do.I could not recommend them more highly.

A hidden gem. What a great place to come to workout 25minutes job done. Family friendly and great team who are always willing to help and so are the members.
