The staff here are so helpful. I keep my prescriptions at the pharmacy and just have to ring and order what I want. My meds are ready when I get to the pharmacy - no waiting. And I always get good advice from the pharmacists and other staff.

I don’t understand the positive reviews. I felt very unwelcome. Maybe it is because I am not a local. I was served by a gentleman who seemed to be the owner or boss and he gave me the impression that I was an inconvenience.I feel very sorry for the customers and the staff he deals with

Told 20 minutes for a script..... Went back...another 10 minute wait..... Total time waiting 55 minutes! No script ready as they came out to tell us they didn't have it in stock. No remedy until we insisted they call the doctor for a different script and was told you may wait while I call. Yep, been doing that! Missed our appointment for the vaccine being scripted and was more expensive than other chemists. Absolute joke!UPDATE: Vaccine were a YEAR out of date!! Lucky our nurse picked it up cause they certainly didn't. GMs response: it's been a weird day.

They’re quite often busy and deal mainly with scripts but they are friendly and tolerant when sometimes I am not! We learn together! One script at the mo can’t be filled due to delays and that’s scary but they are as helpful as they can be. New pharmacist Leanne is lovely. I’m happy to leave my scripts in their care and ring through then pop down.

I had a 20 minute wait so I said I would go to Iga and come back. I was rudely asked if I'd forget, insinuating I would for sure. I came back and waited another 20 minutes thinking I would be called. No-one checked with me. The pharmacist called someone to cut in front of me. I bought several products off the shelf, not knowing they were non members prices.

This is my local pharmacy and on the way home from work today I tore my ear lobe (I have stretched ears) by slamming my long earrings in the car door, Anthony one of the pharmacists helped me out today, look at my wound, told me the best ways to keep it clean and even a dressing that I could make up with bandaids cut a specific way and he cleaned it up and dressed it for me while there....These guys really are wonderful and the care they have is beyond belief.Thanks guys
