My go-to place for all things crafty, I find this store has most of everything I need and more. From manchester to soft furnishings, material, and craft items. It's great around those special occasions like Easter, Xmas, etc, for decoration items.Staff are friendly and helpful with knowledge in the products they sell, the shop is clean and tidy my only downside is I wish they had a store closer to my location, but in saying that I do call ahead before hopping in the car to see if items I want are in stock and staff are helpful in confirming so the drive is worth it.

Good stock at this store, staff limited at times to assist but are always helpful when available. Good prices, not overly expensive for craft items and often have some really good sales to grab great bargains.

Changed prices right infront of you, knowing you saw the price and didnt honor it. Saturday Staff very rude about it and just rude in general. Will not return.

Only had one person at the checkout. The line was long as was the wait, the person behind the register did not call anyone for assistance. The girl behind the counter should've called for assistance to help serve.
