Alessandra Hernandez is honestly someone I would recommend when looking for employment that best fits you.After taking a 1 whole year to be a mum, I was hoping that when I did start looking for a job that I wouldn't be stressed out and Alessandra made sure that everything on my end was at ease. Alessandra really listened to everything that I was looking for in not only a position but also a company and she delivered without disappointment. Simply outstanding!Once I updated my Resume on Seek, I felt inundated by recruiters. Sarah was the one person that took the time to meet in person, over a coffee. Sarah is thoroughly professional and at the same time incredibly warm and friendly in all manners of communication. I felt very comfortable to talk freely about what I did and did not want due to past experiences. Sarah truly listened and didn’t bombard me with choices, instead selecting opportunities that she believed would be the best fit.Although I had choice, I interviewed for my current position the next day with a second interview at the companies partner office straight after and was offered the position in the afternoon. I have rarely come across recruiters like Sarah and Anthony. They have helped me find a job that is very suitable for me. Had a nice initial call and meeting with them where they made the effort to fully understand what I was looking for and my situation. Post the interview Sarah made a lot of effort in communicating and making sure everything went smoothly. There were a couple of things that needed to be resolved and she constantly reached out to people she knew to try and do what she could.
