Awesome phone service by Sarah who rescued me from an online shopping glitch. She rang me back about stock availability when I was on hold and got cut off. And I was able to pick up my items at the self service counter.

Provided receipt of shoes worth $25. I returned shoes because of small size , it was not fitting me. I wanted to replace the item to get the size I needed but the new shoes was only $20. They accepted me to replace the item but rejected to refund me the $5 dollar change. I suggested to get a pair of sock for $5 dollar still they rejected, I felt it’s not fair for they have done.

I recently had an unpleasant encounter at the assisted checkout today around noon. The attendant who assisted me happened to be an elderly lady, but unfortunately, her attitude left much to be desired. Despite presenting a gift card as my payment method, she seemed disinterested in accepting it, repeatedly claiming it was the wrong card, incorrect code, or insufficient funds. Eventually, the gift card did work, but her manner of speaking, almost akin to shouting, greatly irritated me. Overall, this was not a positive experience for me.

A service lady Jackie was very rude with me today when I asked about pj that was on sale, but she lied and said that it was not. I double checked after this. When I greeted her at the counter, she made a face as if I disturbed her from being busy with something else. She didn’t offer a bag, left the counter without saying anything like goodbye or something. Big W should provide more training for staff like Jackie.

I am regular customer of Big W Mt Ommaney.On 1/02/23,I asked for the price match with chemist warehouse for baby Huggies Nappies (small pack). I also told them that they had price matched last month with chemist warehouse.The lady at the self check-out confirmed with her boss and it was approved for the price match then next minute the other team member (fat lady) jumped into while i was scanning the product and disagreed to do the price match. it was so unprofessional when two team members can have two different opinions. We left the store without any issues. I found that it was also so disrespectful towards the other team member who agreed with the price match.Can I please have a proper explanation about this matter?

I’m a regular shopper and bought 1 item in the self check out. I usually get the receipt emailed to me , but today I needed a paper copy of my receipt instead. I asked the older lady in self check out to assist. It appeared as though I must have asked her for her first born grandchild - as she huffed and puffed and made it cheat that I was ‘asking her to go above her pay scale’. She was rude and used an extremely condescending with me.I’m WAS a regular .. but I will not shop at this store again. Utterly disgusting customer service.Saturday 22nd April.
