I cannot recommend enough that you go ANYWHERE ELSE. Do not engage these shonky operators for anything whatsoever, you will regret it.We've had to endure two major water leaks from their completely fvck3d install. One water leak is too many. You know what the issue was? THEY DIDN'T CONNECT THE DRAIN!!The unit in the roof just fell apart, which they then blamed on us, claiming we got into the roof and stood on the unit"

Had a new gas hot water heater installed by EGS. Matt attended and we found this young man to be very professional. His knowledge and understanding of our needs were impressive.
