Games Paradise

I was looking for an expansion for an older game of mine. I called ahead to see if they had it (which they did), and put it aside for me to pick up in store later that day. Service was great.Store is also fun to poke around in. Plenty of games and puzzles considering the store size.Was surprised to see the reviews was so low, but they all seem to be based on a particularly bad Christmas online-orders period a few years back. Must have improved since!

I never received the game I ordered. They were very quick to withdraw the funds, but after 3 months of being promised 2 more weeks" I finally asked for a refund

Worse Customer Service!!! I placed an order for a Christmas Present online. 8 days later I decided to call them to find out if I was going to receive it before Christmas. Apparently I had missed the cut off date and they had sent me an email to inform me of that. I never received any email but was happy to accept the fact I never ordered it in time for Christmas, so I asked for a full refund which they agreed too. That was on the 20th December 2017.Today I decided to double check if the refund was in my account. THANK GOD I DID!!! The refund wasn't there. When I rang, the customer service guy informed me, that the credit card that they were trying to refund my money back into wasn't excepting the refund. Nearly a month again and I received no follow up phone call regarding my refund not going through. Again they apparently sent me an email which once again i never received. However, the customer service guy on the phone said to receive the refund he will send me through an email with what they require to refund my money i.e BSB number etc. and what do you know I received that email 2 minutes later!!! Thank God I checked my bank accountWarning Don't order online through Games Paradise

SCAM ALERT! This company just takes your money and keeps saying they will be sending your item and then it never comes. They even sent me a tracking number and when I hadn't received my items after 4 weeks I called the courier company they said that when they went to pick the order up there was no product and the company sent them away. It is impossible to contact them on the phone and they ignore your emails until you threaten them with the ACCC and then rather than sending you the product they cancel your order and say they're going to refund you. DODGY DODGY DODGY DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They took my money and never sent my goods. They are scamming people. I have reported them to the ACCC and I recommend you do too if this has happened to you. I can not believe they are still operating!! Awful people!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS : Very poor experience, wish I had read the reviews first. Bought a game as was guaranteed delivery for christmas. Money was taken immediately and then received an email telling me there would be a delay despite the website showing it in stock. Sent several emails requesting an update but I received no response. Cancelled the order nearly a month after ordering, lets see if I get my money back.-- Update : Cancelled and was told that I would receive my money back within 5 days. It's now been nearly 3 weeks and no refund. Contacting my credit card company to flag the company as fraudulent.

Placed an order for an item listed as In Stock"

Bought a few boardgames from the physical store in warringah mall! They have a good range, and the staff know their games. If they don't have stock they order it in, and can arrange delivery!

They sent an email advising of a sale. I put in an order for that sale. They took my money.Almost a month later, I still hadn't heard anything, so I asked what was happening. They assured me the order was being processed, and would be sent out that Friday.Two weeks later, they refunded me my initial payment, no explanation, no package, no response to further queries.Do not ever use. Ever.

Ordered items as a Christmas present on 30/11, goods were never dispatched. The order sat in processing for 2 months. Every time I e-mailed I had to send 2/3 e-mails to get a response and every response I got said we have sent you several e-mails without a response" which was an absolute lie. A few times they said they had stock issues and my goods would be dispatched in 3 days. Guess what? Never dispatched. When I told them I had contacted the ACCC and NSW fair trading they sent me a full refund. They didn't contact me to tell me they had done this though until I asked for an update
