Our Plumber

My hot water system sprung a leak (ended up having to be replaced as it was 22 years old). From the first phone call to the lovely office staff; right through to dealing directly with the guys who conducted the work, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness at all stages.I wanted the system relocated and Shannon gave me options and costs so I could make an informed decision; which became a no brainer. The work was done with great communication and they were there when they said they would be.I highly recommend this business.

I woke to find my hot water system had blown and gushing water everywhere including in to a bedroom. I rang first thing in the morning in a panic and the lady that answered had Don the owner call me straight back, he was a great help and very professional. He sent one of his guys Peter over who was awesome within the hour to start the work and upgraded and re placed and relocated my hot water system, so if it happens again it would not flood inside my house . Don then turned up with hot water system and to make sure everything was going ok.Thank you Our Plumber and team, I would highly recommended them.

From first contact the team were extremely helpful. Our hot water system had stopped working. They were able to come out on the same day and fix the system. Very reasonably priced and will definitely use them again. So happy to have hot water again.

Rang them to get a pipe leek repaired. Reposted job for a week because it rained on someones way to work this morning. Work place health and safety issue. Everything dry hear for hours but she knew ?????? the job ???? Don't care about cold showers you have. Their plumbers cant get wet ???. Do not use this cowboy mob. I rang local boy and half the price and fixed and did not get wet (GIRLS)

Great work completed by Craig and Kaleb. We had an annoying leaking toilet and broken tap. They were prompt, professional and advised us of other plumbing issues in our home.Pricing was honest and reasonable will definitely refer your business to our friends and family. One of the best and very rare end to end customer experiences I've had. From my first conversation with Rebecca on the phone, to David who came out to do the installation. I had our plumber here for 2 days to fix my toilet and put a drain in or something they were polite and friendly and cleaned up after themselves very professional I mostly delt with Brad and Liam and they were professional respectful and I'm very pleased with the work they have done
