We have had an ongoing issue with our pool which they have dragged out for 3.5 years.They have fixed the issue but are now refusing to replace the concrete around the pool which they had to remove to carry out their repairs. This has left me with a 15cm gap between the pool tiles and the cement which is dangerous and unsightly

The whole team at Narellan Ipswich are fantastic! From initial discussions of ideas, planning and the actual build they all know what they are talking about. They are all very friendly, professional, punctual and thorough. Nothing was ever too much to ask. The owner (Tony) was there every step of the build and to make sure everything was at his (high) standard. Our finished product is amazing! Highly recommended.

Tony kennady is a absolute rip off, just do a quick search of what products are actually priced to what he will charge you while he sneakily locks into a contract! You will save $10,000 + just by using a different pool installer! Even has the nerve to bring his “p.a” to the jobsite, who in real life is a travel agent he is having a affair with

Was a wonderful experience, from first making contact until final completion. Great communication with keeping me informed and up to date with the progress. The pool and products are of excellent quality and at a good price. We’ve been using the pool ever since (it’s heated). Couldn’t be happier. Thank you.

Thanks to The Guys at Narellan Ipswich.The Franchise has only recently Changed hands and the new owner has got a great team.Very happy with how our pool turned out. The guys have pride in there workmanship and it shows in the finished product. Would 10 out of 10 recommend. Brendan, Malcolm, Dj and the rest of the team at Narellan Ipswich. Great Job Guys.
