White Runway - Marrickville (by appointment only)

Had an enjoyable experience at white runway. They had lots of different options in different colours and styles so you could have everyone in the same style of dress and really find a colour everyone loved. I was a little stressed with delivery as expected but everyone came perfect!

I purchased my wedding dress from here, that would be 5 stars as I love it so much. However the staff weren’t very friendly, both in and out of the store (via email/ phone) so that has unfortunately reduced the ⭐️ rating. I think if the staff were trained in customer service and how to treat a bride to be (with smiles, excitement and politely) then it would have been worth the 2 hour drive.

I was served by Fariha and I could not recommend more. She was amazing and so kind, she helped me pick out the most amazing dress for my daughters formal.

Smooth booking experience, amazing personalised service and great quality dresses. A little on the pricey side but that's what is to be expected with this quality. Olivia was the assistant who served us from start to end, and she was beyond helpful and attentive to detail. Thank you, Olivia!Suggestion - it would have been great if the $50 booking fee was redeemable upon purchasing dresses (like it is at other formal stores where a booking is required)

This place is full of beautiful dresses. Christie helped me to choose a good one. She is lovely and so friendly. Prices are very good. You don't need to spend ridiculous money to look good. Before buying your wedding dress, I highly recommend to go and visit this place.

My wedding was September 24th 2022.I purchased 4 bridesmaid dresses with my girls.The staff at white runway were extremely helpful. The dresses were great material, stood out from the crowd and really beautiful. I recommend white runway and will go back to purchase more for all occasions.

I purchased 3 bridesmaids dresses so I spent $1000 and I was expected to request them to be ironed! You can buy a $20 dress from kmart and it'll be ironed, the least you expect from a $330 dress is to receive it ready to wear. When we asked for it to be ironed the lady said they didn't have time today, when I said I'd come another time to pick it up she suddenly had time to go to the back to iron them. Ridiculous customer service. Then to top it off, she gave me all 3 dresses in one cloth bag! When I asked for another 2 she said I'd normally be charged.... so you are entitled to only 1 dress bag per 3 dresses??? Again ridiculous customer service! Won't be buying from here again.

I have had a great experience with White Runway!!!The staff is super friendly, patient and understanding.I found the perfect dress here and everyone was stunned.The prices are amazing and the boutique really beatiful.I would recommend this place to every bride to be.

I was so glad I had booked my session for my bridesmaids dress shopping at White Runway. We had visited another store on the same day but with no luck and very minimal visual choices of the coloured dress I was after.I had been looking at the particular styled dress on White Runway for over a year and once in store I told them this and the lovely girl helping us brought out the style dress in the exact colour I was after and in every size for my bridesmaids to try.My bridesmaids looked and felt stunning. They all said they felt a hit hot on the long Gowns without suits and we were able to add a slit in for them.The dresses arrived within 8 weeks and came out beautifully. My bridesmaids looked stunning, I was so grateful to the white Runway team for listening to what I wanted and making it happen for me.My dream wedding day was truly complete with the stunning dresses for my girls.

The most wonderful service and beautiful dresses. My daughters year 12 formal dress selection process was so much fun. A wide range of options at the showroom in Marrickville. Olivia was a delight to deal with. Reasonable prices and high quality dresses of all Color’s and styles to suit the occasion. The dress looked fantastic on the night! & she got lots of compliments. Highly recommended & will definitely be back.
