Told 2-3 weeks, took 8 and a half and then returned it the same day due to jersey being creased, jersey sitting well below the actual dram so you couldn’t see most of the number, the frame we I ordered wasn’t supplied so they just gave me what ever they wanted without contacting me. After returning it telling them what wasn’t up to standard (have family who used to own a framing shop) it went back for two weeks, once again never contacted just went back in off my own back. It was there, still creased, she explained it was the medal making the jersey creased yet people in the same team got theirs done (after being returned also) the jersey also isn’t straight so looks off with the frame. Extremely disappointed, pay good money for a service that wasn’t delivered, almost no customer service, will not use again.
