All Washed Up

All washed up is right. These people are so RUDE. I have been getting the same load done for 3 years in the same size machine but this guy says it will be two loads. Greedy greedy greedy.

Absolutely appalling service. I attempted to take 3 linen dresses and 3 shirts to be washed and ironed. The attendant started with a 5 minute complaint about how they don’t like linen, it was going to cost more and it needed to be dry cleaned instead which he wanted to charge $60 for the 3 dresses. It then continued with how doing linen was not worth their while, it takes too long for their workers and they don’t like it (it’s strange to me to own a dry cleaner and not like actually doing the service!) . I’ve never experienced such terrible attempt at getting a service done, I decided my business clearly wasn’t worth their while and left really upset.

Really bad service, rude, I went to dry my clothes they separated to 3 machine which is make it more expensive and still not dry. And normal laundry just need two machine and came back dry. Never ever go back to this laundry ever again!!!!!

Expensive and Sloppy Service!When we lived in the city (in swanky Elizabeth Bay), the following would cost us roughly $20, and everything was beautifully folded. Here, it was $28 and everything was slopily thrown in the bag (to the point that we had to smell everything to ensure it was actually washed)!This was the load: 1 king fitted sheet, 2 pillowcases, 4 bath towels, 2 dish drying mats and 12 hand towels.Buyer beware: make sure you get a quote before leaving your bag wash -- although according to some of the other reviews, they may not honour their quote..!

Very expensive
