Went here to wash the company car. I was told the fuel card could be used however when I tried it was denied. I then used the company amex, was given so many tokens I could barely hold them. I went to the wash machine only to be presented with out of date instructions. I bought the best wash as there was bird droppings all over car - when done markes could still be seen clearly. There was no one to assist and I had to return to the store clerk twice only to have shoulders shrugged. Not a good experience.

Extremely helpful and friendly. I recently brought my outboard motor in for some work. Despite the team being extremely busy, the work was done in the same day. Very impressed. As others have said, good old fashioned service.

Nissan Murano was running rough - VERY rough, so I took it into Tez's without a prior booking. Tez's guys ran all the checks, told me what was the problem, got the parts in same day and did the not-insignificant work - fast. Had it back that afternoon, and I was pleasantly surprised at the cost considering what needed to be done. No word of a lie, the car now runs nicer/smoother than it did when new.

It's simple really - I've had my Elantra and Rodeo both serviced at Tez since day 1. I live on 10kms of dirt road, My Hyundai has since done 480,000 km without any major issues - just regular servicing by these guys. They're able to organise a courtesy car - which is a big help - always friendly and reliable work. I'd happily recommend them to anyone. They may not be the cheapest, but there's a GOOD reason.

I had my car booked in. For a service and they forgot to service it. I needed it for a long trip the following day and they were rude about fitting it in the following morning. They then charged me $350 for just an oil change (cost of oil is about $60) and a replacement air filter. That's it. I asked them to check a couple of other minor issues as well - not to fix, just check and 'they didn't have time'. They have also quoted me $900 to replace a $235 alternator, when all I needed was a new battery and not a new alternator. Terry who used to own this business should be embarrassed to have his name still associated with it. They overcharge and under deliver. Will not use them again.

Tez automotove got me out of trouble after another mechanic cut corners and caused a issue with the clutch making the car undriveable. Tez was very professional, kept in contact and fixed the car properly and quickly. I was very impressed with their service and strongly recommend them.

Great service, friendly staff. Booked my car in for a log book service. Was extremely satisfied with the work done, was Informed over the phone about extra work involvong therear brakes needing replaced. Will definitely book in for my next service
