The Body Shop

I love the body shop products but one staff member was so entirely rude and disrespectful to my mother. Unbeknownst to my mother she accidentally sampled a non-tester body cream. The staff member berated my mother saying that she cannot sell this stock now or she will have to buy it to get rid of it. This staff member could have handled it differently and in an appropriate manner but rather decided to act condescending and rude towards her. I was going to buy something from the store but I will not in future from this interaction as I am completely upset with the way my mother was treated. Don’t go to the Loganholme store if you want to be treated like a child.

The worst costumers service ever .....especially the old woman that called /Pam /she is very racist very rude very disrespectful .....it's upsetting me and all friends we are not going there any more because of her.

Today, my consultant was Sandra. An absolutely lovely lady! I’ve never had much of a skincare routine and always played around with different products which can confuse your body. I decided to head in with some hope that someone would be able to help me find the perfect solution. Sandra helped me by suggesting the Seaweed set to combat my oily skin and even though I only just used it tonight, I can really see a difference already! Thank you so much!I will 110% be coming back!

I have been shopping at the Loganholme store for a very long time. I have always found the ladies in the store to be friendly, approachable and well experienced. The store is always clean and tidy and well presented. I actually wouldn't go anywhere else. If you want great service go to the Loganholme store!

Came in on the 1st of May on my break to get my mum her favourite lip pencil for mothers day. Found the one straight away and then was served by Paris. She was so nice and bubbly and signed me up for the loyalty program. She even gave me a 10% centre discount because i work at the centre which was so lovely! The best store, great service, great products!

Absolutely horrible customer service.Talking down to customers is the most degrading feeling in the world and belittling possible customers is definitely not the way to go.I work in retail and would be highly embarrassed and very angry if my staff talked to customers the way the staff at this store talk.Would never give this shop a cent of my money and will be advising all family and friends against this store.You should be ashamed of yourselfs you are an disappointment to the brand.
