I bought a Property from Claudio and John.As a Buyer's Advocate, I get to liaise and deal with dozens and dozens of Estate Agents - so when I get to work with a really good one, it really stands out.Claudio and John were friendly, helpful, highly competent (still making sure their Vendor got a good Price), and most importantly, very honest and honourable as to how they handled my starting Offer and the ongoing negotiations.A very good Experience!

While the rental agents are lovely, as a renter it has taken me months of back-and-forths to get a serious issue with my property addressed, and the matter continues to be unresolved requiring weekly follow-ups.I was considering moving my investment property rental management to C+M, but after a number of bad experiences getting issues resolved, I have decided to proceed with another agent.
