Parcel delivered to newsagents , ended up going back 3 times as they said it wasn’t there. It was all along. They wouldn’t even look at the reference number I was given, until the 3rd attempt.

After four attempts, we could not get our parcel delivery. We had to cancel our order. Worst customer service ever. Rude and unhelpful staff.

Service is bad, have problems getting statements and account was cancelled because the account was three months old. Would be good to get statements on time and the account would then be paid.

Undoubtedly the worst newsagency I have ever been in. From staff, smell, and extremely small selection of goods for sale. Absolutely appalling.

I waited around 15 minutes at the counter while the owner was directly infront of me on the phone, without even an acknowledgement that he saw me, or any indication he would be off the phone any time soon to serve me. Instead he took his time while more customers started waiting with still no care in the world. After finally finishing what must have been a life and death call he couldn't even manage an apology. Poor service is an understatement, as this is not uncommon for this newsagent.

The older guy with the beard would probably have the worst customer service I've ever come across, behaved like a disgruntled teenager who did not want to be there.
