2 years of hell dealing with a lounge that had multiple problems , Zero correspondence I had to chase this store up multiple times the lounge is now useless with their outcome . And to this day they still have not contacted me to see how the problem had been solved , upsetting and disappointing for Oz design furniture port macquarie

Sold a defective couch, they recognised it was defective.They then suggested that maybe cause we didnt vacuum near the couch that could somehow be responsible for the structure of the couch failing. Left staples all over our floor for our 3 month old baby and dog.One of the worst experiences Ive ever had and am absolutely fuming

Our family purchased several items of furniture recently and we are extremely happy with the service we received from Rhonda on our first visit. She listened to our requirements and showed us the items that fitted our criteria. When we received the furniture one of the doors on the entertainment unit was slightly crooked. I spoke to Dee who organised for Richard to come out and adjust it for us. He also levelled the furniture and all without a fuss. He was extremely helpful. Richard then advised me he is the owner of the company and he was very proud of his staff.From our first visit to the store we found it was a lovely environment to browse through to find those special items for our home.Overall I want to thank Rhonda, Dee, the delivery guys and Richard for this experience as they have all made it an easy experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone. - Bond Family

Whilst the staff were very friendly and obliging. The lounge I ordered online, as they did not stock in store, which cost over $2000, is incredibly uncomfortable. Prior to my purchase I tried al the lounges they had on the floor and they all were very comfortable. Unfortunately for me, the lounge I invested a considerable amount of money in, does not function as a comfortable lounge or comfortable sofa bed.Considering their price point - I would have assumed that at minimum - they would manufacture a comfortable lounge.

Bought my Dining Setting here and from the time I entered the store until the table and chairs were delivered service was amazing and we are delighted with the quality of the furniture. Now have to start updating more of our furniture.

From the time we walked in to the time we picked up our Goods the Team at Oz Design were Fantastic. Dee’s customer service was outstanding, nothing was an issue and helped us decide by showing us so many different options . However we did have a manufacturing small default in our Coffee table we Spoke to Richard who was great and nothing was an issue . He came around and had a look . He then went above and beyond to sort it out for us with no hassles . He offered me a discount of my next purchase and free delivery . My whole experience with Oz Design was Fantastic and the product I bought is exactly what I wanted and fits and suits the room great . Thank you Oz Design and the team for making my shopping experience easy and no hassle or stress. I will be back

The service was exceptional at all levels. The staff patiently got to know our needs and what may suit our home/family. The delivery staff were patient, polite and caring. The after service was efficient and friendly. The always know our name. Even if there are other products around the region the customer care will keep us returning here. It does help that their products are well priced for the quality too.
