Advanced Body Image and Spa Lotus

I've recently just finished my laser tattoo removal with Katy at Advanced Body Image and Spa Lotus and I'm SO PLEASED that I chose them for this type of service. I've had laser tattoo removal in Brisbane and Gold Coast before but the level of professionalism, friendly atmosphere and dedication at Advanced Body Image & Spa Lotus with achieving the best results for me really set them apart from all previous companies. Katy (owner & laser tattoo removal specialist) was super honest, upfront and made me feel really welcome from first consultation to the last sitting. Each session was super easy, after care was always provided and the contact support of getting back to me in such a fast time frame was where their level of service really went the extra mile for me.I dont tend to review many places, but as I found them on google I just had to share my wonderful thoughts of this company and its staff. I got a gift voucher from my partner for Christmas and I was so excited to use it. This morning I went in for the Unwind & Revive Ritual spa package, part of the experience is time in the steam room, all I can say is wow what an experience, Hiromi was amazing and I felt absolutely pampered and relaxed after the 2 hour session. Thank you, I highly recommend and I will be back!

Lovely staff who assisted me with buying my sister a gift voucher for her birthday. It turns out on the day I went in that my sister actually visited the place already the day before lol, and that she had plans on returning in a couple months time . She loves this place and had loved that her next few visits in the future have been paid for

Awful massage, only knew 3 massage moves, just effleuraged the entire time. Same for feet and head, 2 moves over and over. Awful. Used body oil on face that smelt awful. Not feeling relaxed at all. Disappointing. Need to train their staff much much better. Big thumbs down.

My mom didn’t like the experience. She went to this place because of DMK MediPedi. My mom is expecting that her feet will be soak first to soften the callouses but it didn’t happened. The lady starts to remove the callouses using a tool and my mom felt more pain as it was not softened first. It would be great if there will be a different procedure to make your clients comfortable.

My daughter and I had a wonderfully relaxing Indulgence Day Spa Package. Our masseuse were very attentive and professional. We both thoroughly enjoyed our indulgence and thank Katy & the her staff. Just one little aside for future clients; explain that they will need extra knickers to wear home after having the steam experience, or alternatively you could supply disposable knickers. We'll be back next time we are up north. THANKYOU.

I've had an enjoyable experience every time I have visited Spa lotus. The girls are friendly and welcoming. I had my eyebrows and lips tattooed by Katy and she is the best. I absolutely love what she has done, I would definitely recommend her for cosmetic tattooing. She knows her stuff and is an absolute pleasure to be around. I was looked after well and the experience was as relaxing as it could be. Great place, clean, professional and experienced staff. I am planning my next visit already.

Incredible spa! I was only in Darwin for the day as I work onboard the ships and this spa is only a 15 minute taxi from the port. It’s clean, fresh and well maintained. The staff are super friendly, accommodating and professional. Not only did they fit my appointment in last minute, they also offered to book a taxi in for my return route back. Pip was my therapist, she was brilliant - highly recommend! I had the Tone and Glow Ritual followed by a Spa Pedicure and it was seamless, relaxing and re-energising. The rooms are lowly lit, and the atmosphere throughout is so peaceful. I cannot recommend this spa enough! Thank you to the staff of lotus spa for making me feel so special and relaxed for the morning.
