They run great pregnancy pilates group class there. Samantha the physiotherapist is very supportive and attentive to everyone in the class. Highly recommended.

I had one experience with a therapist that didn’t leave me feeling great. Fortunately though one of the directors followed up later to see what they could do differently, which is a testament to the team’s commitment to provide a wholesome service.I have since been seeing Sam and she has been fabulous therapist; professional, respectful, warm and caring, and it’s obvious she knows her stuff and how to care for you. I’d recommend her without hesitation.Virginia also leads a great mums and bubs Pilates class (thanks Virginia), leaving you feeling like you got a great workout, all with the support to get through a class with a bub… which is no small feat!
