I think the sales people need to be trained how to serve customers. They are not attentive, and had the impression that they just wanted to do what they were doing on their computer. Unprofessional with their answers on a simple question to a potential buyer by answering the town centre would have everything you need". I was more interested in how big and what kind of town centre will it look like."

Went to visit the land office on Saturday and met with the very friendly sales consultants. Found them to be very helpful and trusting especially when it was my first time looking to purchase land. Would highly recommend Mt Atkinson and I hope I can secure a ticket in the upcoming land release.

CAUTION guys! the valuations have a bit of problem. Mine came in 60k under and have a few friends in similar situation. Happy to share the copies..Stockland is giving me the run around asking for valuations again and again, everytime coming in lower. The project has sold lots at a premium compared to similar in the vicinity. Just putting out there if you are considering there are better options across the road. I am on the verge of losing my deposit. Google mt Atkinson delays and there will be articles detailing defaults and issues with the project.

Rockbank Suburb is beautiful, really great and nice for Kids, Professionals, Singles and Retirees.Mt Atkinson is an expensive estate. Price doesn't make any sense to me.There are many good estates near by Rockbank Station which are good to build a new home at an affordable price and also good fit for Rental income.

The estate is nice but there is a huge issue with Pitbulls and staffys wondering around.The council is aware of previous attacks, Stockland has been asked to do more by providing a dog park or surveillance of the bear bark etc.People just say the dogs got out accidentally and then what ever happens is not their fault.

It's been so much pleasure that we made a decision to buy land at My Atkinson. Definitely a great opportunity to live and to invest by having Westfield shopping centre within this estate, having own mt Atkinson station, schools, parks, business and commercial area. Land valuations are coming just perfect. Very helpful and lovely staff to talk to.

We have recently settled for a lot in Mt Atkinson, and I can say my experience has been so delightful that I am recommending all my family and friends to buy here. Lucy O'Brien the Sales Representative, has been so professional and helpful that I can't thank her enough. We had some finance delays because of COVID-19 affects, which Stockland understood and granted us extension without any penalty.In addition, a well thought out master plan with beautiful streets and boulevards, schools, Westfield SC and open areas make it a really good estate to invest or live in. An active train line passing through the estate (on which the future Mt Atkinson station will be built) and a direct access to the Western freeway make this estate even more greater connectivity and location wise.

This has been an amazing journey from the start of signing the contracts and all the between, I have been educated by all staff as this is my first land purchase and have felt I am fully aware of everything. John and Levint have answered all my calls and emails and given me the best customer service I have had, they have not only been professional but have also have made us feel very at comfortable as they are both easy to approach. I can't recommend the company enough this has been an fantastic experience !!!!

Bought a land in here the process was really smooth. Really like the concept of limiting the appointement on the day you select your lot. The sales consultant are all very professional and helping. Specially thanks to John for explaining all the details in contract and how the area will come up in future.
