Great customer service. Really listens to what a customer wants. Had a little trouble with rhino rack themselves and Glenn really had our back and made sure we were provided with what we had purchased. Will continue to go back for further rhino products through Glenn. Would have given him six stars if we could ⭐️

Excellent customer service. Glen went out of his way to source individual parts to build a custom roof rack for my car. I’m very happy with the result, as Rhino rack had discontinued the product I was looking for.

What I couldn't find anywhere in Sydney, found it in this store. I bought a Prorack cross bar from SuperCheapAuto, but wasn't aware that it requires a fitting kit and that was on special order, means 2 weeks waiting. Luckily after so many attempts almost everywhere I called this store and they had it in stock.

Brilliant experience with Glen at Roof Rack City on every level. Great range of products. He had stock when others didn't and helped me work out the best product for my vehicle. Although he doesn't technically provide fitting services, he went above and beyond helping me when i had some problems with installation. Spent an hour helping me on Christmas Eve. I could not ask for better customer service.

Went to a few roof rack stores in the area and asked for a set of legs for my existing rhino rack rails so I could have 1 set of rails and 2 sets of legs for each vehicle. Each store told me they were not compatible and tried to upsell.Spoke to these guys over the phone, confirmed they had stock picked it up and fitted all in under an hour. Saved me a few hundred dollars and didn’t have to wait!

BEST ROOF RACK SHOP IN SYDNEY!!! The owner of this store is extremely knowledgeable and pointed me in the best direction for fitting out my vehicle and saved me time and money. I’d visited a few other stores before stumbling across this gem of a shop. It Had everything I needed in stock which 11 other stores in Sydney didn’t have or couldn’t give me a timeframe of when they could get it in. Definitely recommend roof rack city castle hill if you want professional knowledge and great advice. Thanks for all the great help and will be back soon to fit out my wife’s vehicle.
