It is so hard to find someone who is good at what they do and let alone someone who is willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I have such a great experience with Liz from customer service who knows her products and is able to turn my request around in less than 24 hours. Liz provided me with a clear explanations of what was required of me so I can complete the changes in my account. This is not the first time Liz has helped me with my queries and resolved it in no time complemented with great personality too. Thank you so much, Liz.

Helen from Customer Service was exteremly helpful and friendly. I forgot to include my e-mail to receive the receipt of the bill and called the Customer Service to ask for the confirmation of the payment for my records. Helen was super friendly, checked records and said she will keep an eye on it and send confirmtion once funds are cleared within 24 hours (I paid the bill at around 11 pm on the previous day). I have never seen Customer Service represenative coming back to me, and first in the morning. I rarely received information back from Customer Service at other organisations, unless it involves direct sales and immidiate profit for the company:). Helen keeped her promise and I received the confirmaiton first in the moring. She demonstrated professionalism, human centric approach, integrity and conscientiousness, which is so hard to see these days (I maybe pessimistic today though:). Thanks a lot to Helen and hope her manager will see this note and acknowledge her performance!

Energy On have been very wiling to take individual circumstances into account when considering capacity to pay utilities. It did take some time to put in place but they were extremely helpful whist, like many people, costs of everyday life increased more quickly than my fixed income. Be sure to keep positively engaged with their staff during any process to assist you with payments, and don’t be shy to ask them for updates as like many utilities they are also busy with many such queries.

Energy on over charges, on multiple occasions they overcharged our account, even after Energy On advised us we were wrong when we expressed concerns around our bill prices.This company takes advantage of embedded networks, to charge unreasonable amounts for electricity bills. They know we can’t go with anyone else but the bills were becoming so outrageous we have moved properties.
