Storage King Belconnen

Storage King and Belconnen are exceptional. I have a long-term ongoing storage unit and I could not be more thrilled. They are highly responsive and very understanding of any requests and support that I need from them.

Great service until I realised the monthly automatic deduction had continued a month after I finished using the storage. Apparently me booking the service for 2 months and reserving the truck for move out, its still up to the customer confirm the service is no longer required.

Recently, we accidently left without closing and locking our unit. Chris found this, placed a Storage King lock on it, and phoned us, leaving a message. The service was above and beyond. The Manager Matt is also fantastic. All staff are efficient, polite and extremely helpful. The complex is clean and tidy. This certainly makes moving so much easier. A huge thank you to all the staff at Belconnen Storage King.

Great in the short term. Highly recommended if you need space for a month, tops. Onsite staff are great.If you want space for longer please be aware that when they say flexible prices, they mean they will raise them. Then raise them again. And again. I have no objections to yearly price adjustments but i haven't been there a full year yet.In addition if you pay by credit card you will not be provided with any tax invoices - even when you ask. Major headache for record keeping or tax time.

Been nothing short of trouble free. This is the second time I have had the need to use the same facility. All the staff are very helpful and the use of a free trailer is particularly good.The staff were particularly good when I had to contact them from overseas because my cards were stolen and I had to cancel them and get new ones. Changing accounts can sometimes be a bad experience but it was made easy. Thanks again for your help and assistance. I will no doubt be using you again.

I walked in late afternoon and made enquiries of space and costs and was attended to, most professionally.All I wanted to know, was thoroughly explained to me and presented upfront; very especially, an insurance premium that I would independently decide on, based on my needs.With a most competitive pricing and convenience of location with ease of access, I had to look no further.I had walked in with intending to find out more after having done the basic search online. I had to look no further!Their friendly and respectful staff made my visit comfortable, being open to more of my questions on length of storage time and incurring any addtional costs and answered me very clearly. I was reassured from the answers given that I was at the right place!I was pleasantly offered that if needed, they even had their very own transport contacts for my move of items and an immediate contact was made by Callum, the Manager attending to me.All in all, the space I needed with a most competitive pricing, ease of move and being attended to with prompt and friendly advice, I moved my items in storage, to Kings Storage at Belconnen the very next morning.I would strongly recommend them to anyone seeking storage and say look no further!
