Reasonable prices, some lovely staff and a good range of products. Better than all the other big chains, even though Pet Stock baught them out. Let's hope they don't change!

Came in and got a friendly welcome and asked if we needed help. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wow lots of different animals from fish, birds, lizards, frogs and hissing snakes lol. Lots of animal products. Place looks clean and well tidy of a big place. Bird even said hello to me

It's like visiting a pet Shop from 1984. Staff are very friendly but mainly caters for basic domestic pets.With prices being above average in my opinion I would like to see the place refreshed and a bit less dowdy.

I have just been to Pet City in Rockingham, very naive as to what pet to get my Grandkids, was looking at Hermit Crabs, Lois the sales girl was fantastic, patient and honest. We ended up with two mice. Thanks for your time today Lois.

Last time I was there I was greeted by a young lady (Amy) with the biggest smile. She was a wealth of information and beyond helpful. In fact all the staff were cheerful and happy to help and I couldn't recommend the place higher.The only place to go for all your pets needs.AAA +
