We’ve been really happy with the centre since our son started in the nursery room this year. The staff are friendly and accomodating, making us feel very welcome as well as being patient and caring with our son. Communication has always been great, we love the daily photo updates. An added bonus are the delicious meals prepared fresh each day!

I cannot speak highly enough about this Center! Marylian and her wonderfull team have welcome us always with a smile! Every staff who aren’t even in charge of the care of my son know his name and always try to interact with him and make him smile. The staff genuinely is always happy which speaks loud about the environment and ambiance of this place. My son has a speech delay and his teacher Ms Emily and the other carers help him enormously with this and were always happy to be in contact with our speech therapist to make the most of my son’s speech growth!! My son was always looking forward to go to daycare. At first my son was a little nervous and shy and he could be seen in the pictures during the day always in someone’s lap having a cuddle. What a nurturing place!! I will forever be thankful xxx

The best centre in the community! The educators genuinely care for children, we have been blessed to have the best teachers for our two boys who have been attending this centre for last 5 years. The centre director shows genuine interest in children's and families needs and this filter's through and reflects in the educators practices. There is a sense of warmth and happy people as soon as you enter the centre. We feel blessed to have our children looked after and educated by a team of such amazing Educators.The centre is rated EXCEEDING in all 7 areas by the department too.Their 3 and 4 year old kinder programs are amazing too. Thank you team!

Worst tour. And only bad tour we've had. After touring multiple centres to get a feel of what's around us and can offer a nurturing, educational place to our son, we were excited to tour Cumberland Road East. However, from opening the door, the tour was just a rubbish experience. Completely impersonal. We met who we can only assume was the director, as she did not introduce herself - only when I asked what to write on the QR checking in form. She did not ask our baby's name, or our names. She stood outside one room, pointed said here is where we make the bottles" then took us to one more room and that was that. No explaining of daily rhythms

My daughter is very happy coming here. Educators are friendly and respectfull.

This centre is not willing to be flexible and accommodating to customers requests. Their admin employee, Sarah, simply says rudely to follow procedures.More importantly our children were returned home in a worse state than we dropped them off.Our daughter would have constant nappy rash as the carers didn’t change her nappy. We complained to head office and the same day when we picked our daughter up she was standing in wet urinated clothes. We pay for nappies and proper care.Our son had constant bruises that couldn’t be explained by the carers. The worst aspect was that our son had suffered a bite mark on his genitals which caused extreme pain trying to remove his underwear as the blood had dried up. We raised this unacceptable situation to the centre and their response was “I Don’t Know”! “Alexander is a very active child”!This centre doesn’t care about your children or your money. All they care about is their own rules and ensuring your family feels sub-existent to their delusional power!

Our son started at this centre two months ago and we couldn't be happier with the care he has received. His carers have gone above and beyond to make him feel comfortable, secure and happy. Communication is great, the activities are creative and fun, and the team are so lovely - it is a pleasure dealing with everyone. Thank you so much Divya and team!
