This is the second time we have had David out to do a building and pest for us.David did a fantastic job of a difficult property and identified major structural defects which have saved us from making a very costly error. The structural engineers we have corresponded with since have also commented on what a great report he did. Highly recommend.

David is so professional so knowledgeable and so efficient , he did few times building inspections for me in the last few years,he is my go to builder!He’s very detailed and very honest man which I like, he tells me exactly what’s the property like,what need to be done,what we don’t need to worry…. which gives me peace of mind and the confidence to purchase the property. And I’m planning to get him to redo my kitchen too.I’ve already recommended him to so many friends, I can’t speak highly enough about him, definitely recommend him to anyone buying a property !

I would recommend anyone purchasing a house to use David. Especially, if the seller or agent has provided a report for you. The differences in the two reports was night and day. The best $550 I have ever spent.
