The sales team I couldn't fault when I bought from Jonathon! The quality of serving vehicles has diminished greatly. Cutting corners, advising of mechanical issues incorrectly was disappointing to observe. Unfortunately their mechanics and administration staff lack genuine customer service and care that Holden prides themselves in giving.

Jim was a great sales Person to deal with, thanks for your assistance with purchasing our car, we even travelled a few hours to get there.Business was clean and tidy and the staff were very respectful.

Purchased a new Holden from Johnathan Kiley at Gateway this month. I don't give five stars lightly but the experience I had, from first phone call to post delivery followup, has been exceptional. Never again will I bring my car to this organisation, one should know to never bring an older model car to a dealership for a service. Find a trusted mechanic and get it done elsewhere. Far too expensive, far too slow, so angry that I didn't go a more reputable mechanic, which would have saved me at least $1200. Just ridicules: $402 for a ‘basic’ service, $746 for brakes, $400 for brake calliper’s, $695 for oil leak repairs, $625 for rear brake repairs… never again !! Picked the car up on Thursday evening, 3 days later car broke down on busy intersection, wouldn’t start, thanks Gateway Holden. Rang the organisation, put on hold, ended up having to ring back. Got no help from them to find out why the car broke down.

His knowledge of the car and understanding of my requirements for her car, not to mention that I turned up close to closing time to inspect it, nothing was too much trouble for Jim. Purchased a 2020 Ford Ranger from Jonathon in October. From initial contact to negotiation to purchase and delivery I could not have been more impressed with the way he conducted himself and looked after us. I would be happy to deal with him again and recommend his service to family and friends.

//THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT//A massive thank you to the lovely ladies who manage the service department and put the customer first. My vehicle needed multiple repairs and the team advised me on the best way to go about these repairs for minimum cost to enable my Astra to pass rego.

I have purchased two cars from Gateway. First a brand new 2015 Kia Rio and then a used 2013 Holden Captiva. I’ve subsequently had all my services and maintenance done at gateway.The sales team are wonderful as are the service team. We recently had issues with the Captiva and they assisted cinder warranty on 2 occasions and were super helpful.The service and repairs do seem to be on the more expensive side, but they are reliable and so I am happy to pay for that, it also keeps warranty in place which has turned out very helpful.The sales team can be a tad pushy with finance and after market and they offer low prices for trade ins (better off selling private) but buying a car from there is a wonderful experience and they do make you feel super special.After 5 years being exclusively a gateway customer, I can’t recommend them highly enough and am very greatful for their recent help with Carlos the Captiva.
