Bought an amazing Prince tennis racquet here years ago that I used in junior competition at level 4. Also bought a Wilson before that, which was a great level 12+ beginner racquet.Went back to buy a new tennis racquet today and they're charging $20 to test a racquet - the price of hiring a court for the day. Worse, this is per-racquet and only from their limited testing selection - you can't actually test the racquet you are about to buy, and it's $20 for each different racquet.They explained that the cost comes off of your purchase should you choose to buy a racquet. So testing 3 racquets will land you $60 off your racquet cost purely in testing costs (to be clear you save no money here) and anything over is a donation. You're also donating them money if you choose not to buy a racquet.Unfortunately I cannot recommend buying a tennis racquet here anymore. A customer should be able to test the equipment they're expected to rely on without finicky sales gimmicks and unexpected T&C.

Cricket section - I have been to this store quite a few times. I had a mixed experience before but over the time, I believe they have improved the customer service. The people who look after the cricket section are reasonably knowledgeable and provide valuable recommendations. This makes a considerable difference between online vs in-store shopping. Keep it up!

Ordered tennis shoes 11/2/23. I called the online desk and was told order cancelled. Did not even have the decency to send email or call me to advise cant fulfil order . Won't bother with them again.

0 stars for the guy who didn't even bother to look at the shoe I was holding when I asked if they had it in a different size. Nah we just have the ones that are out."When I asked the young lady the same question with the same shoe but from the wall display she couldn't have been more helpful.Went out the back and found the size asked for and then went out and found one half a size up.She was brilliant he was disengaged

this is definitely a great place for cheap/affordable, last stock, sale items. i came looking for neutral coloured runners for myself and was lucky enough to find NB size 6; bought my son ASICS size 12 kids. there are limited sizes but if you are not fussed with styles then you are sure to find a pair for yourself. also make sure you sign up for the discount member card if you are a frequent shopper. staff were friendly and helpful when needed.
