Clear Skincare Clinic Northland

Well giving them one star cause after being a client for nearly 4 years, I show up for an appointment on Friday to find out the clinic is closed and no one even got in touch with me to advise me of this. Been trying to call the Northland clinic and other Clear skincare clinic around the area ever since and no one I mean literally NO ONE is answering the phone.

Martina and the girls at the Northland store are always so lovely and helpful. I usually feel shy when my skin is not its best but Martina made me feel super comfortable and has given me great advice to keep my skin looking better than ever. She’s always friendly and genuine during the treatments and it makes such a difference when you’re comfortable with a therapist! Thanks a lot Martina for helping me get my skin back on track, you’re great at what you do.

I am so grateful to Nicole, clinician who attended to me today. It is for her first class service and attention that I give Northland Clinic this rating. Nicole was very thorough and explained in detail the most effective way to use the package I was sold and recommended by previous staff. I was not advised correctly and Nicole has been a wonderful help in clarifying and assessing my situation. Nicole demonstrated her expertise and experience, which put me at ease. Her manner in administering treatment was so much more precise. Thanks Nicole!

Does not do price matching if items are on sale at the other store. Need to come into store for price matching (neither is stated on website) Clear skincare Doncaster offers both of these options!

Everything was great. The nurse was nice, super careful and she did a great job. I Will definitely come back!

I attended clear skincare originally for pigment removal, I have used their laser pigment removal, peels, LED treatment, Dermapen and anti wrinkle injections. I also use their at home skincare products. Over the last two years there has been an amazing transformation in my skin, and they helped me tackle issues that I thought were just the way my skin was, now my skin is less red, smaller pores, all round clear and I wear less make up. Recently through Covid I have not be able to go in store to buy my products and used their online shop, it was so easy to shop online, I got free delivery, and my items arrived the next day! Not only that but they used recycled eco friendly packaging which is a nice change from all the plastic rubbish you always have to get rid of.I recommend these guys they are super helpful and they don’t push you to buy and spend, they are honest and upfront about results, and I actually am missing my appointments with my therapists they are always so friendly and personable.

The girls who used to work there pre COVID were phenomenal.The newbies not so much…Have been going there for 6+ years and will not be going back again.Disgusting customer service, accusing me of constantly moving my apts when they’re the ones that send me texts saying my apt time has been moved.I’ve spent so much money on all my packs over the years and will not even be going back to finish using the testaments I’ve paid for as it’s not worth it.Martina(so called manager) I think you need to rethink your customer service approach.

I’ve only started my skincare journey, but I couldn’t be happier with my choice to go to Clear Skincare. The girls are friendly, helpful, informative, and they answer all of the questions I have, even when I forgot the next week! My skin is certainly improving, and they are always giving tips and tricks for at home care and for any budget, they don’t push their products which I LOVE! Thank you for being honest and so kind!

Terrible! This clinic has no outlet for customer service feedback & requests. My sister bought me a gift voucher for my birthday last year for 6 x laser hair removal sessions which expires in a few days. I called to ask if I could change to another treatment instead, one more suitable to my needs, even if that means paying a little extra. The answer was no. I then asked if I could book for the laser treatments my sister paid for and was told I'd only be able to fit 1 in before expiry. I imagined if I started treatments before expiry date this would be ok. I explained that due to my personal circumstances I was unable to commit to all 6 treatments previously (they need to be done 1 month apart) but would like to start now. Again the answer was no. I asked to speak to the manager to explain my situation further, hoping she'd be more understanding but the manager is away, nobody knows when she'll be back or can call me back so in the meantime my voucher will expire. I asked for a customer service feedback email address but they do not have one, only an email for booking. They have all systems in place to take your money but none to provide customer service or allow people to provide feedback. So I guess leaving a public review is the only way. Totally unprofessional clinic as can be seen by other reviews here.
