The service team at JMC Burnie were absolutely amazing, I just pulled up with an issue when passing through town (cracked exhaust Manifold) and the assistance and support I received was above and beyond. Not only did they have some look at my issue immediately but also managed to get my vehicle in and repaired within 24 hrs . Wow, Outstanding quality of servicing from JMC Burnie service centre/workshop. For me cost of service and quality of workmanship (not just 'gendered' to just men but includes women in the workshop) has been paramount.The servicing costs for my Triton at JMC Mitsubishi, Burnie have been excellent value and more so, JMC have the diagnostic equipment and brilliantly qualified mechanics to not only do a thorough service but a quality service. Although I have the option of taking my Triton 4x4 to local service Centre's, JMC Burnie's service/workshop cost have been either close to and on quite a few occasions lower than other 4x4 service center's.On top of this it's the little things that we can do without that JMC still do, like wash my car before returning it, I get a thoroughly itemised invoice and they even go so far as a complimentary block of JMC chocolate. As mentioned, little things we can do without but this all points to the quality of detail that JMC Mitsubishi Burnie go to in completing a service and as mentioned, all either close on service/workshop pricing and, on quite a few occasions lower than other 4x4 mechanic workshops.Thanks JMC Burnie to your outstanding service centre/workshop team, appreciatedKindest regards, Peter

My experience communicating with K* at JMC Burnie was difficult & at times, very stressful. I understand the difficulties in communicating purely by phone call, however there was little transparency on the cars immediate cosmetic faults and rusted stone chips on the bonnet which I discovered after paying a deposit and having the car shipped to Hobart from Burnie over a week later. I was able to negotiate the price slightly due to this communication error and thankfully these faults aren’t obvious - but would have preferred they were disclosed initially. I drove the car home without it being cleaned, outside and inside. Fresh coffee stains on the roof and sun visor and just generally dirty. Crumbs in the drink holders etc. The spare key was not with the vehicle and I was not able to reach K* or the Burnie JMC team to find out if it was still at the other side of the state. The key was shipped down to Hobart a week after I took the vehicle home. Warranty options were not discussed with me prior to finalising the sale in Derwent park which should have been done through the burnie team.This was my first experience buying from a dealer and it has not been as smooth as I’d hoped. however, JMC Derwent Park were kind enough to take the car back in, detail and fill the car with fuel for me. I was beyond pleased with hobart’s attempts to rectify all of the issues.

First time I went to JMC Burnie about 3 years ago for an urgent service booking for my Optima. I was treated exceptionally well by RAF on finding a cancelled slot and called me for the service. Since then Raf & the team at Burnie had been tremendous with the customer service. I ended up purchasing my second car B/N KIA Sportage last year through JMC Burnie. So far I have directed many of my friends to deal with JMC because of their excellent customer service. Thank you JMC *****
