I would like to thank Dr Rhode and her staff for the excellent service I have received at her Bowral rooms. She is a very knowledgeable doctor, with an extensive GP background. She picked up a skin/hand problem I have in about 2 seconds flat, which another Doctor had dismissed as ‘nothing’ and has sent me to a Specialist for further investigation and treatment.I like the modern equipment she uses for the skin checks, especially the ability to take and record fine measurements and images, for later comparisons. She surgically removed a BCC from my face and I’m very happy with the almost invisible scar.I’ve always found the rooms clean, airy and bright with a pleasant view out onto a nice garden. I see some people have criticised her for running late – I can only say I think she runs much closer to being ‘on time’ than the average GP, and she was a few minutes ahead of schedule one day, so it can go both ways. Having received the benefit of her extensive knowledge, I really like that she does the absolute best for every patient and doesn’t shy away from problems; if some people need a little longer sometimes, then so be it.I like the HotDoc booking system and reminders. I like being able to book my appointments once I’ve seen what times are available on the days that interest me, and HotDoc is an easy-to-use system (I use a different software system for another Medical Practice and HotDoc is the better of the two).Thank you again Dr Rhode and team for your great service.Chris McGrath

Was about to book in for myself and my husband and then saw the business is making it mandatory for patients to wear a face mask as of Jan 2023.. how obscene that businesses are still trying to enforce draconian rules that infringe upon our civil liberties with 0% effectiveness. Will go somewhere else :)

I booked in for a skin check 6 months ago and was assured that the lump on my back was benign and not worry at all. Six months later I’ve been noticing changes and called today to see what could be done. I asked how much an appointment would be but was told it would cost whatever the doctor sees fit to charge. I was a little put off by this but was scared and upset and was offered an appointment at 1:20pm that day. I had just drove 30 mins to the appt and as I drove into their car park the receptionist called me to say she double booked. She said come back 2 hours later or we can’t see you. I was unable to come back that day as I had a very important appointment. I was told to wait over 2 hours or bad luck! I ended up urgently booking with another doctor and getting a biopsy. The receptionist was curt and the doctor wrote me a nasty letter putting the blame back onto me. I would not recommend this place at all. I really hope that I don’t have to deal with these people again.

Dr Nada Rohde has an impressive list of credentials. She is a dedicated student of her field. Dr Nada also invests in expensive state of the art equipment, one of which which was able to detect a melanoma in my arm which, until seeing her, had been missed! I feel confident in recommending Dr Nada for detection and treatment of skin cancer.

I have seen Dr Rohde on a number of occasions for regular skin checks. I have always found Dr Rohde and her reception staff to be friendly, professional and courteous. The wait time is at most 15 to 20 minutes however having had to have things removed during an appointment I understand that things can sometimes take a little longer. I would highly recommend Dr Rohde . She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable .

Dr Nada Rohde is my accredited skin doctor and I would have no hesitation in recommending her. Nada provides a very comprehensive medical service in an environment which is friendly and efficient. Nada's expertise in all medical matters is very impressive. Keep up the good work.

Dr Nada has been my family's skin doctor for years. She is an excellent doctor who is extremely easy to talk to, attentive, thorough and professional.Initially I went in for a skin checkup however, became interested in the BBL treatment for my face. She took the time to explain what would happen, the pros and cons and whether it was worth doing. A week later I was booked in for the procedure and I am so glad that I went through with it. The results are amazing!The Highlands skin cancer clinic is comfortable, clean and the staff are friendly, kind and helpful.I highly recommend Dr Nada and the team at this Highlands skin cancer clinic.

Dr Rohde was very thorough and explained any skin concerns I had in detail. She takes her profession very seriously in regards to skin health.

I've been meaning to go get a skin check for years and was hesitant choosing a practice. I chose to see Dr Nada at Highlands Skin Cancer Clinic and am so glad I did!Lovely lady, great chat and the treatment was top notch. Will be going back for routine checks. I found Dr Nada Rohde to be very condescending. I walked away today feeling like this was my worst experience I have had with a doctor. I even backed out of a biopsy because I was so taken with how she spoke to me. A small amount of dirt fell of the cuff of my jeans and she was really upset that she would have to vacuum it up. I sincerely apologised and felt terrible about it. I asked questions and was made to feel stupid for asking and was charged $220 for a 20 min appointment.I would not recommend to anyone.One of the worst medical experiences I have had in my life.
