I have trained with Sam for almost 3 years now. We had a specific goal of being able to do 40 pull ups by my 40th birthday, which we achieved in 12 months! We have gone from strength to strength still. Really flexible with timing and now trains my wife and also, sometimes, my son! Such a great guy and I am so proud to be a client. I signed up with Sam and the team November 2021 and haven’t looked back. I am half way through my goal and couldn’t be happier. My personal trainer is Alex D and he is great! These guys really give you the motivation you need! They are so friendly and welcoming, I highly recommend them! :)

Sam has got to be one of the best PT’s I’ve ever trained with. He kept me moving and sane during lockdown, helped me get great results and really helped me improve technique. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
