This Post Office is great. Their knowledge is amazing. But I am really confused by some of the negative comments. Blame Australia Post for parcels not getting to their destination quickly. Blame Australia Post for the cost of sending parcels Bli Bli Post Office has nothing to do with this.

Absolutely the best Post Office I’ve been to on the coast! Lara behind the counter is always happy to see you, remembers your name, story and family members (including the dog!) I bring in up to 50 parcels a week for posting and she is always friendly, helpful and has scanned them through in no time! As a regular MyPost customer, I get great discounts on postage! Small stationary section, some clothing, kids games and toys, as well as books. As a franchise post office they are affiliated with Australia Post, but also running their own business. Support local!!! ❤️❤️❤️

They say they send out reminders. I received nothing though. I think their internal processes need to be reviewed. Luckily they called me before returning my mail to sender. When I asked them about their 'reminders' they dismissed me, saying they did it, but providing no proof or information about how or where reminders are actually sent. I don't enjoy being dismissed.

Beautiful selection of sarongs in store, perfect if you’re about to go on a holiday to Bali. Doesn’t smell like tea tree oil like Yandina Post Office which is great.

The WORST post office ever!! Don't expect parcels to be delivered as they are way too lazy and just drop a card while you're sitting at home. Service is mediocre at the outlet itself.

After moving to Bli Bli there were plenty of change of address forms that needed to be processed. Lara, behind the counter was so patient and knowledgeable it made the whole ordeal tolerable. Great work and keep up the fantastic customer service !!!
