I would HIGHLY recommend Shaun Hudson-Smith. From start to finish Shaun and his team took care of everything. Nothing was too much trouble.But there were two things that stood out for us. Unlike many other agents, Shaun didn't overpromise and under-deliver. In fact it was the opposite. He and his team went above and beyond in all that they did.The second thing that stood out for us was that it wasn't just another sale. We were kept up to date at all times and were never left wondering about what was happening with buyer inspections or offers.Shaun genuinely cared about getting us a great result, and it showed. We are thrilled with our price, it far exceeded our expectations and we cannot thank him enough.
