Never had really had success with Physio’s before,. Always have with Chiro’s. However, I couldn’t give a higher recommendation than the five stars, if they had 10000 ⭐️ it wouldn’t be enough. Alan at Thornleigh Physio (Duffy Ave), is so professional, takes time to do a full assessment, doesn’t just use machines, explains what he is going to do so even I can understand. I am seeing him for bulging discs, but fell over and really jared my shoulder. He treated the shoulder told me to ice it three times a day and wow, couldn’t believe it, within three days it was 90% better. Returned to concentrating on discs.Add to all that he is a lovely gentlemen too. Go and see Alan you will be glad you did.
