Poor installation work,installed cameras and wiring how they wanted it to make it easier for themselves , not what the customer wantedAsk Brett to move cameras to were I ask for and he came back with all the excuses not to move themSaid it would be working same day.Now 4 weeks later still not Working

My dealings with ozspy have been very positive. I received a free quote from brett at the office & was pleased that my installation was done on time. I am not an IT person so john helped me with setting up my phone so i can view my cameras on it remotely. I found them very friendly & professional & highly recommend them. Thanks Ozspy.

Oz Spy team were so easy to deal with from the start of the quote to finishing the installation. It was a pleasure to have young Jamie carry out the work in my home, He is a very well educated, polite 20 year old, a true credit to the business.

Due to my age and limited Wi Fi setting up experience, I had to go back 4 times to clarify small points. Each time it was handled in such a friendly manner and fully explained to me. Not knowing anything about Camera Systems, I had initially had my thoughts toward one or two covert cameras at the front of our house due to recent incidents. I rang up to request a quote and Brett was very informative and patient with a newbie like me and recommended a great 5MP 3 Camera system that covers the whole front yard and was very cost effective to boot! The Installers also were very helpful and efficient , took time to explain the system and it's ins and outs. In regard to post sale service, I made a blunder by accidentally turning off the power and could not get the Wi fi to re-connect so the boys came out and fixed it up for me almost immediately.Overall for Advice, Service, product quality and general honest dealings, I would whole-heartedly recommend OZSpy Gold Coast to anybody.9 Months down the track....Out of the blue some sort of connection issue being experienced that prevents the cameras being viewed on the phones, more than likely caused by our Wi Fi. Looks like up for a $180 Callout fee....YIKES!! Tech was only onsite for about 15-20 minutes. Good money if you can get it. I'm taking 1 star off their rating due to high cost of Customer Follow up service.

I rang Oz spy after inquiring with a few companies ,i was told by others that they would get me a quote in 2 weeks ! .Not Oz Spy ,i rang and spoke with Michael , he gave me a firm quote on the spot , i then went to their showroom and Brooke ran me thru all the equipment i would get .within a week Joel the installer came out ,he gave me the best options for camera location and went to work ,being very efficient and FAST ,he set up the camera s on multiple devices and showed me exactly how the navigate the system ,the picture quality is great i am so happy with the overall experience from Oz Spy they really are great people to deal with .

I had so much trouble with this system since installed 2 years ago. Of late I have technicians there numerous time and still cant seem to solve the problem. Their answer is to blame the equipment which they now say is out of warranty.. They have no Clue on how to Solve a POE that I keep having. in short the service itself is unreliable . My cameras go on and off or not work at all. I am going on appointment number 6 in 2 weeks. Maybe one day they will fix it once and for all .Their Technician Jamie needs some customer service lessons as well. Does that many backflips for what he has told me i don't think he even knows which way is up. Tells me one thing and tells his boss another. anyway Stay away. their director whoever that is does not seems to care i left message 2 days ago and still waiting for that urgent callback I asked for.Part 2. Thank you for your cowardly response. Do you even care how I was treated as a customer May be you should reread what I wrote

Just had a four camera security system installed by OzSpy. Brett was really efficient to deal with and the installer, Stephen, did a great job and was very particular to ensure all was right. I was very happy with the service and the price and would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of security. Unlike some other companies I approached.
