Such an incredible experience. They helped my partner create the most stunning and beautifully made engagement ring. We’ve just received our wedding rings that they have also made - absolutely perfect, incredible attention to detail and so wonderful to deal with throughout the process. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Lili Fine Jewellery really disappointed me the last time that I dealt with them. Having had previous work done there, I thought I could trust them to charge a reasonable price for ring resizing – and very foolishly, I did not ask for a quote before leaving the ring with them. There were long delays getting the ring back and when it was ready, they charged me $180 !!!To check if I had missed a general enormous lurch upwards in the price of jewellery services, we obtained quotes for the same work (i.e. resizing down in size) from three different established and well respected businesses.The quotes ranged from $55 to $92. In other words Lili Fine Jewellery had charged me nigh on double the highest quote another business gave me, three times the next quote and four times the most affordable quote.I talked to the proprietors of Lili Fine Jewellery about this matter and requested a partial refund of the hugely divergent amount they had charged me. Needless to say, it was not forthcoming.

I am very pleased to have been shown options for either contemporising or having my grandmother’s solitaire diamond ring remade. I chose to have it remade, using the existing materials, plus additional gold to strengthen the ring.The ring was very worn out.It was a very emotional moment when l collected the ring, l am so very glad to have remained true to the original, it has been beautifully done.The story goes that my grandmother was very embarrassed that my grandfather spent £8 on the ring.I have honoured this fine piece of work, and look forward to passing it on to a niece, knowing it can stand the test of time with surety.Thank you to Lillyfinejewllery Torquay.Louise

I have had two rings made from the stones of old rings. Both are very different, but equally as beautiful. They were designed on the spot in the shop by Jason and were finished in a relatively short period of time. I would highly recommend Lili Fine Jewellery.

This is the second ring I have had resized here, this one was more complicated due to the design. I have been so impressed with the workmanship, communication and customer service. This is a fantastic jewellers that not only seeing and sell beautiful jewellery (so many styles, designs & price points) but they can also work with you to design or redesign existing jewellery.

Jason does an exquisite job with every piece. I went back to him to get a stone set, I now have a classic ring that can be cherished by our family for generations, it’s timeless. Problem, once I put it on I can’t stop looking at it and can’t bring myself to take it off! So beautiful.
