Me and my daughters go to this clinic because we love Dr Mar Mar, she is just so lovely, compassionate and thorough.Only downfall is Dr Mar only works during the day which makes it hard to get in to see her.I had to see Dr Suzette twice recently, she was so rude, very dismissive, no understanding or empathy.Both times she was like this and she can't even smile. She definitely makes you feel uncomfortable which is very disappointing.

worst experience ever. I was feeling not well and had a phone appointment with Dr Mian Hameedullah. As my reception was not too good, he was really impatient and said he has other patients waiting, didnt want to waste time with me. I feel he is careless, not professional and impatient.

I have been attending this clinic when it first opened and cannot fault it. Lovely staff and Dr Nan who is my doctor is remarkable.His bedside manner is kind and very knowledgeable.

Rang them up tonight and couldn't get an appointment for my sick baby. I was on hold for about half an hour then got hung up on. Finally got through again and talked to Dorn who had no idea about anything. Wasted a lot of time trying to get through on the phone when I could have been up at emergency. What is going on in there!!

I come here all the time as it's very convenient. My doctor Dr Mar is so lovely. Sure there is an abrupt male doctor but if you wanting a script or referral that's when I'd use him or if an emergency.I have not had any trouble with receptionists. The mask rule is no longer in place but when it was that was enforceable by all clinics so not sure why people are upset by this.Would happily recommend.

Dr Nan has been truly horrible to deal with, as he doesn’t care to dispense medical advice or a treatment plan. He tries to brush you off to other doctors and is rude and abrupt when questioned. His knowledge of women’s issues around menopause is negligible and non existent. He doesn’t have a clue what women have to endure or suffer because he has no idea. It’s actually quite sickening that a doctor can be so ill informed and heartless when it comes to women’s issues. Do not bother going to see this doctor as he does not care.

I have been attending to this centre for a very very long time for my family appointments. It is quite sad to see that the standard of service has dropped considerably. I am waiting from Tuesday, so 5 days now, for the manager to get back to me, because she didn't know how to fix my problem.The waiting time for an appointment is not acceptable for my elderly parents. How can a doctor be an hour behind in time when you are pushed out of the doctors room in 5 minutes with no care or compassion for the sick. This centre has become all about numbers.

I work at the centre last year and left because of a bad treatment. I went yesterday with my father going as a patient and could see the workers still stress out and unhappy. Nothing changed, I feel sorry for the ones left

Dr Mian is an exceptional doctor who provides top-notch care to his patients. He is friendly, attentive, and helpful without judgement. Dr Mian is knowledgeable and always provides thorough explanations for any medical issues or procedures. The staff from receptionist and nurses at O'Shea Medical Centre are also amazing and provide a warm and welcoming environment.
